Seafood menu of de week was een project waarbij ik elke week een nieuw Seafood menu of the week plankje maakte. Deze plankjes bestonden uit voornamelijk kleine hapklare gebroken stukjes plastic die ik ( samen met anderen ) vond op het strand tijdens ( solo ) clean ups.

Seafood menu of the week was project with every week a different seafood menu consisting of small mostly broken pieces of plastic found on beaches during clean ups either solo or with other people. All the wooden cutting boards are second hand and are either donated by friends, strangers or bought at a charity shop.
